The winners will be declared on the same day at 2:30 p.m. The Jury’s decision will be the
final.
Each participant, as well as the school, will be awarded the Certificate of Participation.
7th Inter-School Art Contest 2076
Norms and Rules:
The participant has to be the bonafide student of Class VIII to X for Category A and Class V
to VII for Category B.
Participants will be allotted 2 ½ hours to complete their art.
Participants should bring their own required art materials. Only art paper (approx. 11 x 15 inch) will be provided by the organizer.
Participants can use any medium for coloring.
The theme for the Art Contest will be
Category A (Class VIII to X) Road Safety
Category B (Class V to VII) Innovation to make our City better
Top Artworks from the students of Class V & VI will be sent to Fukuoka, Japan to participate in19th World Habitat Day Children’s Drawing Contest organized by UN-Habitat Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific.
- Participants should write their code no. on their paper which will be provided to them on the day of the contest. (Participant’s/school’s names should not be mentioned anywhere on their work).
- Use of any kind of electronic gadgets will be strictly restricted inside the hall.
- Participants should reach the venue one hour prior to the contest, those coming after 15 minutes of the starting time will not be allowed to sit for the contest.
- Participants are instructed to wear the proper school uniform and carry their ID cards.
- Participants are expected to maintain the decorum and follow the instructions provided by the moderators on the venue. Any kind of unfair means may result in the deprivation of any kind of accolades.
All the original Artworks of the participants will be kept by the organizer.
The Artworks belong to the organizer and may be used in the promotion.
Participation Fee: Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per participation per category.
Deadline for form Submission: 26th August 2019 (9th Bhadra 2076), Monday.
